A follower of Christ, a healthcare worker, and a work in progress. I love the outdoors, a good book, and time with my family. This is my space to wrestle honestly with faith, identity, and what it looks like to grow a little more into the image of my Savior — one day at a time.
Dillon Sluss founded Mugs & Manna. He writes and edits alongside other contributors and reads everything submitted to the website. His goal is simple: frequently publish thought provoking pieces on faith and theology that read like they were written by people who are biblically curious, academically rigorous, and bring the Kingdom of God to the people of Earth. He lives in Huntsville, Alabama with his wife and 3 pets. Outside of publishing he enjoys playing Chess and software development. He also enjoys public speaking and teaching in his local church. His favorite topics to write about include the following: Church History, The Kingdom of God, and the book of Leviticus. He’s not trying to present a finished version of faith. He wants Mugs & Manna to feel like the kind of conversation you’d have sitting around after the coffee’s gone cold, dinner is finished, and people finally say what they mean.
